About the Role

Auberge Hotels Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Guest Services: Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, and that all guests have a positive experience.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced hotel and resort setting, interacting with guests, colleagues, and management. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team player attitude.
