Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating packaging machines, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain packaging machinery, including large pots used for material mixing.
  • Packaging Operations: Package materials, fill cartridges manually and by machine, and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality packaging standards, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in packaging machine operation and maintenance.
  • Skillset: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of packaging machinery and materials.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for long periods.
