Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Attendant plays a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences at Deerhurst Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, bars, and lounges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with table setup, food and beverage delivery, and buffet management.
  • Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of menu items, restaurant operations, and guest service standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a safe and respectful work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
