About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Fromages la Chaudière Inc. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to process and package food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Machinery: Ensure the smooth operation of cheese processing and packaging machines, performing routine maintenance and adjustments as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Setup and Adjustment: Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines to meet production requirements.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of processed and packaged products.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Cheese makers and food processing environments.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player, initiative, and organized individual.
Work Environment
