Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Equipment Refinisher to join our team at Fleet Works. As a Commercial Equipment Refinisher, you will be responsible for refinishing fleet vehicles, commercial trucks, and specialized equipment to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refinish fleet vehicles, commercial trucks, and specialized equipment to meet customer requirements and company standards.
  • Inspect projects prior to refinishing to ensure all prep and repair work is complete.
  • Operate paint application equipment and supply basic tools required to complete tasks.
  • Support the timeline objectives of the company and work overtime as needed to complete projects on time.
  • Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with managers and fellow employees in a positive spirit of teamwork.
Requirements
  • Experience with commercial vehicle refinishing and paint application.
  • Knowledge of fleet vehicle repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive refinishing certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Endura EX-2C polyurethane topcoats and epoxy primers, Jones Blair Acrylithane topcoats and related primers, PPG Delfleet line of products, and Axalta Imron line of products.
