About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpentry Assistant to join our team at Irpinia Kitchens. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Support the framing of houses, erection of walls, and construction of roofs.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance work.
  • Respond to chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Operate and maintain equipment used in construction.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Be physically demanding and require manual dexterity.
  • Work under pressure and in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • Have excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
