Sukhcharan Singh is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of the children in your care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and administering medication as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes activities such as playtime, mealtime, and rest time.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, and ensure that children have access to fresh water throughout the day.
  • Engage in activities that promote learning and development, such as reading, singing, and playing games.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, including cleaning and disinfecting toys and surfaces, and ensuring that children wash their hands regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure that children receive consistent care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities, meals, and sleep patterns.
  • Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure that children receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in childcare or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
