Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Manoir Lac Brome. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

• Provide exceptional service by efficiently clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs;
• Assist in the loading and unloading of dishes, glassware, and flatware from buses and trays;
• Operate dishwashers to ensure all items are washed and sanitized to a high standard;
• Restock condiments and other supplies as needed;
• Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen and dining areas.

• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail;
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs);
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
