Join AutoCanada as an Automotive Lot Attendant/Detailer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Lot Attendant/Detailer at our Dodge City location in Saskatoon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of vehicles are clean and well-maintained, both for customer vehicles and those in inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and park vehicles for sale, ensuring they are clean and presentable
  • Clean vehicle exteriors based on seasonal needs, including snow removal
  • Identify and address any lot merchandising needs or issues
  • Place signage on vehicles for advertising purposes
  • Monitor and organize vehicles daily, ensuring they are progressing through the reconditioning process
  • Maintain lot tidiness, including garbage clearing and other tasks
  • Detail the interior and exterior of customer vehicles, including vacuuming, deodorizing, and washing
  • Perform general car detailing activities, including cleaning and polishing
  • Deliver dealer trades to neighboring stores and drive customers home as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Interest in the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicles
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Experience working with cleaning products and tools, including power washers (an asset)
  • Dependability, reliability, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
