We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Pastry Preparation: Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Organization and Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Work Setting: Bake shop.
  • Tasks: Standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and physically demanding work.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Language and Work Environment:

Fluency in English or French is required. We offer a 40-hour workweek and a dynamic work environment.
