Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Helper to join our team at Edil Renovation Ltd. As a Construction Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs as part of a construction team.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in noisy, dusty conditions.
  • Willingness to relocate for work assignments.
  • Relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
Work Environment:

Our construction projects involve various locations, and you may be required to work outdoors in different weather conditions. As a Construction Helper, you will be part of a dynamic team that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Language and Work Schedule:
