About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Corporate Data Management Director. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Technology Vision: Provide technical leadership and vision to ensure the effective use of technology in driving business growth and innovation.
  • Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects and programs to ensure timely and within-budget results.
  • IT Governance: Establish and maintain effective IT governance processes to ensure the secure and efficient use of technology resources.
  • Cybersecurity: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company's data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • IT Infrastructure: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • IT Service Management: Develop and implement effective IT service management processes to ensure high-quality service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure the effective delivery of IT services and solutions.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of leadership experience in the IT field, including new product development, implementation, and IT management.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including VMware virtualization, IaaS, Cloud backup, Disaster Recovery, and Unified Communications.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of the company's overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree considered an asset.
