Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Vision Agro Products Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, performing administrative tasks, and planning development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies and procedures to drive business growth
  • Perform administrative tasks to support business operations
  • Plan and execute development projects to achieve business objectives
  • Recruit and hire staff to support business growth
  • Develop social and economic profiles of areas to encourage investment
  • Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform business decisions

  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
