**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with the Canadian Sales team to expand and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Canadian Operations to improve the reliability of drilling programs by analyzing data and implementing process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive pre-planning reports for upcoming projects to clients, highlighting key technical considerations and potential risks.
  • Gather and analyze offset data to enhance pre-planning efforts and optimize drilling operations.
  • Create and present detailed end-of-project review reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and produce daily drilling optimization reports for clients, providing real-time insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or an Engineering Technologist diploma.
  • Preferred: Experience in the drilling industry, with a focus on technical solutions and client-facing roles.
  • Preferred: Field experience in drilling rigs or directional drilling, with a strong understanding of drilling operations and technical challenges.
  • Preferred: Business development or client-facing experience, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving business growth.

**Experience and Skills:**

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI) and the MS Office Suite.
  • Capability to develop technical solutions through analysis and problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
