Job Description

At Bath Fitter, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Project Manager to lead our IT team in delivering strategic projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. They will also have experience working with ERP and CRM applications, as well as retail management, customer experience, and manufacturing systems within an IT ecosystem.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible scheduling, group insurance, and retirement plan with employer contribution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to the project framework.
  • Develop and manage project plans, monitoring scope, budget, and effort to ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
  • Lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering workshops and backlog management.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and daily scrum ceremonies to ensure projects are on track.
Requirements
  • Professional accreditation in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels, with strategic maturity to manage executive expectations.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, document projects effectively, and work in a dynamic environment with rigor and organization.
