Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our Assistant Sales Trainee Manager program is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic retail environment.

Program Overview

As an Assistant Sales Trainee Manager, you will participate in an accelerated 8-week training program designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. You will work closely with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of that store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with store management to drive sales and optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others, or leading teams
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management systems
