We’re seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark. As a self-directed clinician, you'll thrive in our collaborative, inclusive environment, working with clients to get back to meaningful and productive activity. Your day-to-day will involve assessing clients' physical and/or cognitive functioning, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, educating clients on safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies, and supporting return-to-work programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing client's physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting.
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Supporting return-to-work programs (job coaching, accommodation recommendations).
  • Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions; submitting reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to be autonomous; working both independently and as part of the team.
