Executive Director, Nuclear Innovation

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead the Sylvia Fedoruk Canadian Centre for Nuclear Innovation. As the global face of the Centre, you will represent our organization to the public and our founding stakeholders, including the University of Saskatchewan and the Government of Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the business plan and be accountable to an independent Board of Directors
- Facilitate dialogue between universities, colleges, and the Board to develop new opportunities for collaboration
- Ensure the safe and sustainable operation of the Saskatchewan Cyclotron Facility
- Support innovation in radiochemistry, imaging, therapeutics, and applications to life sciences
- Make funding decisions to support research projects based in Saskatchewan
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and productive workplace
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of executive leadership and a deep understanding of nuclear science and technology. A Doctoral degree in a relevant field is preferred, but a Master's degree with significant experience will also be considered.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the experience and expertise to lead a unique organization that enables the people of Saskatchewan to work at the forefront of nuclear innovation.
