We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher, Motor Vehicles to join our team at Park Landscaping Ltd.
Job Summary:The Dispatcher, Motor Vehicles will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment. This includes maintaining work records and logs, performing general office duties, and providing customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs of vehicle operations and crew activities.
- Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
