About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wood Pallet Fabricator to join our team at Mayfair Lumber Sales Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating wood products, including pallets, boxes, and other custom items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Fabrication: Assemble wood products such as pallets, boxes, and other custom items, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Quality Control: Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards, identifying and marking defective parts or products for repair.
  • Packing and Shipping: Pack items for shipping and distribution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Record information on products inspected, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support Functions: Perform minor adjustments and repairs to wood products, trim, smooth, and shape surfaces as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
