Job Title: Master Plumber - Installation and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Master Plumber to join our team at Trademark Homes. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plumbing systems in residential properties.

About the Role:
  • Install and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing to ensure efficient water supply and drainage.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size using various tools and equipment.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Estimate costs and materials for plumbing projects.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in plumbing installation and repair.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid plumber's license.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
