Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Unibuild Construction Management Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with at least 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Estimate costs and materials, prepare bids and production reports.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, read blueprints and drawings, and requisition materials and supplies.
  • Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, and co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
