Job Summary

Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Heavy Haul to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Valid passport
  • Driver's validity licence check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
Working Conditions

This is a Green Job that contributes to environmental preservation, conservation, and restoration. You will be working on site, with no option to work remotely.
