About the Role

Harbor is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to join our dynamic Legal Technology & Operations – Managed Services team.

Our team is at the forefront of delivering high-quality services to our clients with managed service agreements.

We have extensive experience in legal processes and technology across various platforms, including Intapp products and other essential systems.

As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure correct prioritization and timely delivery of both standard and improvement tasks.

This is a hybrid position, working from our Moncton, New Brunswick office in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and resolve issues within client production environments.
  • Improve configuration and processes for clients based on changing needs.
  • Carry out regular proactive monitoring on client systems.
  • Assist clients and other team members with production issues in a timely fashion.
  • Support integrations with third-party applications.
  • Reconcile data across various systems.
  • Configure Intapp product software.
  • Gain knowledge to become proficient in supported applications and business processes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to execute planned changes to client implementation components.
  • Execute test plans to validate outcomes from continuous improvement items.
  • Actively participate in deployment of changes.
Requirements

A degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or Data & Analytics is required.

Understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management, is essential.

Technical Skills

Advanced computer skills, primarily in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, and SharePoint as collaboration tools, are required.

Proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, and SQL is an advantage.
