Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts, including cash, credit card, and bank statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and spreadsheets
- Process payroll, including preparing and submitting tax returns
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a financial administration role
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
