Retail Store Team Lead

AA Wearhouse is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
