Our team is seeking a skilled Facilities Project Coordinator to act as a bridge between our organization, vendors, stakeholders, and project teams.

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring effective collaboration, nurturing strong relationships, and managing expectations in all Facilities Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations related to project updates and progress.
  • Monitor and report on project status, identifying any issues or risks that may impact timelines or outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to enhance project collaboration and satisfaction.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a project coordination, vendor management, or liaison role.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and project management methodologies.
