Key Responsibilities:
  • Process written prescriptions and refill requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage patient and prescription information in our computer system, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and returning stock, as well as performing inventory checks and corrections.
  • Adhere to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with pharmacists and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or 2 years of dispensary experience.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Kroll computer experience is an asset.
