Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Law Clerk to join our team in our Toronto office. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing court documents, including application/motion materials, statements of claim/notices of action, mediation briefs, factums and book of authorities.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting, with a focus on estate law being an asset.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting;
  • A Certificate or Diploma from a recognized College, preferably in legal assistance or law clerk program;
  • Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities;
  • Proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office, Adobe and case management software;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Team player, adaptable to a changing environment.
