About the Role:
- Collaborate with Art, Cinematic, and Technical Art teams to create visually stunning scenes that support storytelling, art direction, and gameplay objectives.
- Craft compelling lighting that enhances story, art direction, and gameplay objectives.
- Translate conceptual illustrations into outstanding real-time lighting visuals.
- Proactively seek feedback and communicate with Art Directors, Lighting Lead, Cinematic Director, and relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Art, Cinematic, and Technical Art teams to create industry-leading visuals across various environments.
- Develop and implement lighting solutions that meet artistic and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Art and Technical Art teams to solve technical challenges within constraints and visual requirements.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in video game or film production.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color.
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5, Frostbite, Snowdrop, or similar game engines.
- Good knowledge of real-time lighting principles, atmospherics, and post-processing.
- Thorough understanding of light, shadow, and color in creating tone and mood.
