Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the food counter and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
