We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer Decals to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Body Decal Engineering department, you will be responsible for developing safety, compliance, and aesthetic warning decals for all BRP products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of decal solutions for all products and projects;
- Develop decals according to multiple criteria, including materials, adhesives, thicknesses, and lamination;
- Ensure compliance with various authorities' standards and certifications;
- Develop performance criteria, establish validation plans, and ensure their execution;
- Improve existing tools, methods, and procedures;
- Standardize decals from one product to another;
- Support and interact with colleagues, suppliers, engineering teams, design, purchasing, certification, and vehicle safety teams, production, marketing, quality assurance, manufacturing engineering, and workshops;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering;
- General knowledge of materials, including steel, aluminum, plastics, and paints;
- Project management skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Team spirit and leadership skills;
- Autonomy and ability to navigate in a constantly changing environment;
- Fluency in English and French, with English required for technical documentation and communication with partners and suppliers;
- Knowledge of the Office Suite;
