We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team at Pro-Line Painting & Decorating Ltd. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces to be painted by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Painting: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Operate brush painting, conventional spray painting, and roller painting equipment.
  • Surface Preparation Experience: Have experience with drywall taping and patching.
  • Security and Safety: Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Be able to work in a physically demanding environment, with attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Weight Handling: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and be a team player.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 60 to 80 hours bi-weekly.
