About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a hairstylist at Red Earth Barbershop and Beauty Spa. As a luxury hair stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-end hair care services to our clients. This includes cutting, trimming, tapering, curling, waving, perming, and styling hair using advanced techniques.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hairstyling and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for hair care treatments. You will also be responsible for supervising apprentices and students in training, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
We are looking for a qualified and experienced hairstylist who can work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the industry, and hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. You will also need to have excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
