Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Red Robin Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, planning, and forecasting.
  • Lead a team of Shift Supervisors and Team Members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of restaurant management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including scheduling, planning, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members.
