Merchandising Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandising Team Lead to join our team in Whitby, Ontario. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans, building relationships with store management, and ensuring timely reporting of reset execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reset activity execution, including tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelf
  • Building and maintaining relationships with store management and assigned merchandisers
  • Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours
  • Responsible for merchandising products at retail accounts within an assigned territory

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling
  • Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers
  • Comfortable working with smart phone type technology
  • Physical requirements: standing/being on feet for up to 8h and being able to lift up to 50+lbs
