We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Field Operations Manager to join our team at Large Scale Commercial Landscaping. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the daily operations of our construction division to ensure efficient production of high-quality landscapes for our clients.

Key responsibilities include supervising and instructing multiple foremen and crews to achieve productivity, efficiency, and quality standards, as well as effectively managing resources such as materials, inventory, equipment, labor, and training. You will also collaborate with the estimator and supporting management team to plan and execute won construction contracts and the construction season schedule to achieve budget targets.

Requirements for this role include a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction landscaping experience in a supervisory or management position, as well as experience in the operation, installation, and repair of commercial irrigation systems. You should also have extensive knowledge of reading and executing landscape architectural and Civil earthworks drawings and plans, as well as the ability to read grades as they translate into earthworks. Strong leadership and management skills, a background in heavy equipment operation, and a degree or diploma from a college or horticulture school are also highly desirable.
