Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance to join our team at Goldbeck Recruiting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial leadership, with expertise in financial reporting, strategic budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise risk management.

Duties include:

  • Developing and executing long-term financial strategies
  • Providing financial leadership and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and clients
  • Leading corporate financial planning efforts, including multi-year budgeting and forecasting

The Director of Finance will also be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the Corporate Risk Register, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong leadership background
  • Expertise in corporate finance, capital planning, financial modeling, and investment strategy
