Job Summary

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the proper and safe operation of processing, filling, packaging, and facilities-related equipment. As a licensed electrician, you will work under the direction of the Maintenance Team Lead to maintain and repair electrical and electronic equipment in plant, facilities, and office settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic and electrical equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, motion control systems, and vision systems.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and ensure it meets standard performance specifications.
  • Work on assigned CI projects, providing assistance as required, and document problems, findings, solutions, and programming changes.
  • Develop and modify Planned Maintenance Programs to ensure reliable and cost-effective performance of equipment.
  • Prepare requisitions and source components for electronic and electrical materials.
  • Perform job costing and prepare job material lists.
  • Assist other maintenance personnel and provide shift coverage as required.
  • Provide remote support to plant operations and attend training courses to maintain technical skills.
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner and maintain good housekeeping in areas of work.
Requirements
  • Electrician license (442A or 309A)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in manufacturing, preferably 1-3 years, with knowledge of the Rockwell Automation platform
  • Knowledge of software packages such as SAP, RSLogix, Studio 5000, and FactoryTalk View
