We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our Western Canada Operations Team at Circle K. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective execution of company-directed programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives across our network of stores.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between our stores and Support Office, working in partnership with District Managers, Corporate Store Managers, and Business Partners to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
- Conduct district meetings, deliver training initiatives, and inform store operators of directives to drive business results.
- Supervise store operations, including housekeeping, stock levels, and enforcement of corporate policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in recruitment, selection, and development of store operators and corporate managers to build a strong and capable team.
- Minimize loss prevention by enforcing inventory control, levels, turns, and theft investigation to protect company assets and revenue.
- Ensure operational compliance with franchised Subway Restaurant locations to maintain brand integrity and customer trust.
- Responsible for P&L, CTO responsibilities, top line sales achievement, and contract execution to drive business growth and profitability.
- Contact and control outside services, as required, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Any special projects, as directed, to support business objectives and initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience.
- Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience with prior success in a retail and/or food services environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to effectively communicate and analyze business data.
- A current valid driver's license with a clean abstract is required to operate a company vehicle.
