Job Title: Truck Driver Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Class 1 truck driver to join our team at Riverdale Poultry Express Inc. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo

Requirements:

  • AZ class license
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) Certificate
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
