Position: Project Manager, Transfer and Partnerships
Reports To: Director of Partnerships and Business Development
Primary Purpose
The Project Manager, Transfer and Partnerships will play a key role in developing and managing strategic partnerships and articulation agreements to enhance business growth and student success initiatives. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in business administration, particularly in managing partnerships and agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and renewal of partnership agreements with educational institutions.
- Manage the transfer process in alignment with agreements, ensuring seamless student transitions.
- Oversee communication with academic departments for accurate course assessments and articulation.
- Systematize the review and renewal processes for agreements, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Serve on business committees related to partnerships and transfers.
- Identify training needs for stakeholders involved in transfers and partnerships.
- Provide support during partnership agreement approval and implementation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Competencies:
- Direct experience in articulation and transfer coordination, with a focus on business partnerships.
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including educational institutions and academic departments.
- Strategic thinker with strong research skills, able to analyze market trends and opportunities.
- Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, discretion, and diplomacy, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Organization, accuracy, attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders and build consensus, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Self-driven, motivated, proactive, and organized, with a focus on delivering results.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a related field at a business or educational institution, with a focus on partnerships and agreements.
- Experience in managing projects and engaging with others, with a focus on driving business growth and student success.
