Financial Performance and Strategy

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving financial performance through insightful analysis, business partnering, and process improvements. With a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), your ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and provide actionable recommendations will be key to supporting leadership's financial decision-making.

Your success in this role will come from your passion for assessing business performance through both operational and financial metrics, as well as your dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Lead the preparation of Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) materials for senior leadership.
  • Manage year-end audit preparation, in collaboration with other team members.

Financial Analysis and Modeling

The successful candidate will conduct in-depth analysis of current and past financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. You will create complex data reports and projections based on thorough financial analysis, leveraging Excel and other tools to provide financial modeling, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis support.

  • Create detailed financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Leverage data visualization techniques to present findings to stakeholders.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

You will communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively to internal clients, ensuring clarity and understanding. Engage with senior leadership regularly to discuss performance metrics and business priorities, providing support for internal clients, assisting with data interpretation, and delivering insights to drive informed decision-making.

  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Present financial data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, along with minimum 6+ years of experience in a financial management or analysis role, with a proven track record in FP&A. Strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis is essential, as is experience leading or mentoring a team and working closely with senior leadership.

  • Demonstrate exceptional financial analysis and data interpretation skills.
  • Develop outstanding communication skills to present financial data effectively.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary range of $95,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
