Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team at True North Labour Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Operating equipment such as pallet jacks
  • Assisting tradespeople with tasks and following instructions from supervisors

Responsibilities and Duties

The Labourer will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Assisting with manual handling of materials and equipment
  • Providing support to tradespeople and other team members
  • Following all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Labourer must have:

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment
  • Basic math skills
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including a hard hat, high-visibility vest, and steel-toe boots
  • Physical fitness to lift and move 50 pounds over 100 meters
  • Basic tool belt and safety-conscious attitude
  • Legal entitlement to work in Canada
