  • Implement efficient logistics processes to reduce lead times, improve delivery reliability, and minimize inventory costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, driving business results and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, with a strong understanding of materials planning and inventory management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • APICS certification or equivalent experience in materials planning and inventory management.
