Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber and Water System Specialist to join our team at J&J Freshlook Homes Ltd. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential buildings.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems. Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges. Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing. Estimate costs and materials.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding work environment, requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, hand-eye coordination, handling heavy loads, working under pressure, and overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing; less than 3 years preferred.
  • Degree or diploma in Plumbing or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
