Work Environment

As a Harvesting Labourer, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
