About the Role

Bombardier is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance, equipment installation, and building projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage work orders related to site operations, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Coordinate calls for tenders, set repair progress schedules, and monitor work carried out to achieve optimal results.
  • Develop and implement improvement and prevention reports to enhance maintenance processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless repair work in the factory, while monitoring the budget for maintenance operations.

Requirements

  • Technical college training or equivalent experience combination.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good understanding of building equipment and management of time and priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Project, and ERP system (Maximo desirable).
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
