beBee Professionals is looking for an AML Compliance Specialist to develop and implement anti-money laundering compliance programs, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer transactions, identifying suspicious activity, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The AML Compliance Specialist will also be responsible for conducting periodic reviews of customer accounts, preparing reports, and providing guidance and training to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement anti-money laundering compliance programs, policies, and procedures

Monitor and analyze customer transactions to identify suspicious activity

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Conduct periodic reviews of customer accounts

Prepare reports and provide guidance and training to staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in AML compliance

Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
