Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced flight instructor to join our team at 9342-9249 Québec inc. As a flight instructor, you will be responsible for teaching student pilots the procedures and techniques of flying aircraft and ground-school subjects such as navigation, radio procedures, and flying regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct student pilots in procedures and techniques of flying aircraft and ground-school subjects
  • Develop and implement effective training plans to meet the needs of student pilots
  • Assess and evaluate student pilot progress and provide feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in flight instruction
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Team player with a client-focused approach
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
  • Judgement and reliability
